The Team

Team Hedley-Gray is made up of a number of dedicated people, without whom Laura's competitive goals and achievements would not be possible to fulfill. From trainer's to farriers, physio's and vet's... not forgetting the family and the horses themselves!

Laura H-G

Owner of Team Hedley-Gray Dressage and The K9 Creche.
Laura is responsible for all riding duties, training programmes, competition entries, and the day to day care of the horses.

Major Martin Hedley MBE

Martin is Laura's husband and owner of her KWPN gelding Holmside Red Ace. Although Martin is full time in the army he spends his weekends with Laura at competitions or at home assisting with yard duties and maintenance.

Danielle Fradgely

Danielle works alongside Laura at the K9 Creche running her own dog grooming business - K9 Couture. Danielle takes over the running of the creche whilst Laura is competing and assists with yard duties.

Lesley Gray

Lesley is Laura's mother and assists Laura at all competitions, giving Laura the necessary support and "constructive" critisism! Lesley is owner of Laura's KWPN Gelding Otis, and co owner of Rare Proposition.

Dean Mould DWCF- Farrier

Dean is a registered training farrier and has been shoeing Laura's horses for the last 15 years. He is always available for the inevitable lost shoe the day before a competition!

Andrea Bainbridge- Physio

Andrea has been physio to Laura's horses for the last 5 years and is extremely thorough in her treatment. Laura has recently started using Andrea for her own physio treatments, including rider alignment.

Noel McCormack-Equine Dentist

Noel and Debbie McCormack have been providing dental care to Laura's horses for a number of years. They also us Team HG for their own horses' schooling and training.

All the vets at this practise come highly recommended. Laura uses the practise for her horses and her dogs. The immediate care and aftercare are second to none, with animal welfare always coming first.

Otis is a loveable character who has not been without his problems. His fondness of all food has earned him the nickname "tubby bix". Otis now seems settled in his routine and is successfully competing at Elementary and training at Medium.

Alfie is a bit of a worrier and needs lots of confidence at new venues, once between the white boards though he is perfectly at home. Although affectionately known as "thunder hooves" he has a surprisingly consistent competition record! competing Medium, training Adv-Med.
